ABOUT US

Established in 2000, by John Couillard & Fred Niebergall, M3 Construction LLC began as a design and build Residential Home contractor. In 2008 Fred Niebergall left the industry and M3 Construction LLC and John went from General Contracting homes to a framing and flat work contractor. Fred came out of retirement in 2020 and now supervises all the crews.

With John and Fred’s combined 80+ years of experience the focus now and as before is on quality, timeliness, and a very satisfied customer.

We have brought in a new generation of craftsmen with the addition of Titus and Lucas Raddatz. Titus is taking over the flat work concrete side and Lucas is taking over the framing crews with the guidance of John & Fred eventually being able to retire.
